FinTechPrice is a non-custodial instant cryptocurrency exchange. We allow you to swap 150+ cryptocurrencies directly, wallet-to-wallet, with no account registration, no KYC, and no custody of your funds at any time.

We aggregate rates from 30+ exchanges and DeFi protocols to give you the absolute best price on every swap.

Do I need to create an account?

No. FinTechPrice is fully non-custodial and requires zero registration. You don't need an email address, username, password, or any personal information to use our platform.

All you need is a cryptocurrency wallet address to receive your funds.

Which countries are supported?

FinTechPrice is available globally with very few exceptions. We currently do not serve users from countries under comprehensive international sanctions (e.g. OFAC-listed nations). For most users worldwide, the service is available without restrictions.

What cryptocurrencies can I swap?

We support 150+ cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Solana (SOL), BNB, XRP, Cardano (ADA), Polkadot (DOT), Avalanche (AVAX), Polygon (MATIC), Chainlink (LINK), Dogecoin (DOGE), and many more.

Is KYC verification required?

No KYC is required for standard swaps. We believe financial privacy is a fundamental right. However, if our automated AML system flags a transaction as suspicious, we may request additional information in rare cases to comply with regulations.

How long does a swap take?

After you send funds and they are confirmed on the blockchain, our exchange engine typically completes the swap in under 15 seconds. However, the total time also depends on how fast the sender's blockchain confirms transactions.

  • Bitcoin: ~10–60 minutes (1 confirmation needed)
  • Ethereum: ~15–30 seconds
  • Solana: ~1–5 seconds
  • Other coins: varies by network
What is the difference between Fixed and Float rate?

Fixed Rate β€” The rate is locked the moment you create the order. You know exactly how many coins you'll receive regardless of market movements. The rate is valid for 30 minutes. Fee: 0.4%.

Float Rate β€” The rate is determined at the time your deposit is confirmed. This can result in a better or worse rate depending on market conditions. Lower fee: 0.2%.

Are there minimum or maximum swap limits?

Yes. Minimum amounts exist to cover network fees and vary by coin. For example:

  • Bitcoin: min 0.001 BTC
  • Ethereum: min 0.01 ETH
  • Solana: min 0.5 SOL

Maximum limits depend on available liquidity. For very large swaps (over $500K), please contact us directly for OTC rates.

How do I track my order?

Every swap generates a unique Order ID (e.g. FTP-A3B2C1D4). You can use this ID to track the real-time status of your swap using the "Track Order" button in the navigation bar. No login required β€” just your Order ID.

Can I cancel my swap and get a refund?
+

If you haven't sent funds yet, simply don't send β€” the order will expire after 30 minutes automatically.

If you have already sent funds, cancellations may be possible if the swap hasn't been executed yet. Contact our support immediately with your Order ID. A network fee will apply for the return transaction.

Is FinTechPrice safe to use?

Yes. FinTechPrice is a non-custodial exchange, meaning we never take possession of your funds. Deposit addresses are single-use and time-limited. Our infrastructure uses enterprise-grade security with encrypted communications and 24/7 monitoring.

We have processed over $2.4 billion in swaps with a 99.98% success rate since launch.

Does FinTechPrice store my personal data?

We store only the minimum data required to process your swap: the wallet addresses involved and the transaction amounts. We do not collect your IP address, browser fingerprint, or any personal identifiers beyond what's necessary.

All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We never sell user data to third parties.

How does FinTechPrice comply with AML regulations?

We use automated blockchain analytics to screen every transaction against global AML databases. If a transaction is flagged as potentially connected to sanctioned addresses or illicit activity, it is held for manual review and the user is notified.

Our AML policy is publicly available and we cooperate with law enforcement when legally required.

How do I protect myself from phishing/fake sites?

Always verify you're on the official FinTechPrice domain. Bookmark our site directly. We will never DM you on social media asking for your funds or seed phrases. Never share your wallet seed phrase with anyone β€” not even us.

What fees does FinTechPrice charge?

Our service fee is either 0.4% for Fixed Rate swaps or 0.2% for Float Rate swaps. This fee is already factored into the displayed exchange rate β€” there are no hidden charges.

Network fees (blockchain transaction fees) are also included in the quoted rate, so you receive exactly what is displayed.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. The rate you see in the swap widget is the exact rate you get. We include all network fees in our quoted rate so there are zero surprises. What you see is what you receive.

Do you have an affiliate or referral program?
+

Yes! Our affiliate program lets you earn a percentage of swap fees for every user you refer. Affiliates earn up to 50% revenue share on all swaps from referred users for life. Contact us or visit the Affiliate section to get started.

⚠️ Issues & Troubleshooting
I sent the wrong amount. What happens?
+

If you sent less than required for a Fixed Rate order, we will either process a Float Rate swap for the amount received, or return your funds (minus network fees) β€” whichever you prefer. Contact support immediately with your Order ID.

If you sent more, the excess is automatically included in the swap calculation at the float rate.

My order is stuck or coins haven't arrived. What do I do?

First, check the blockchain explorer for your sent transaction to confirm it has enough confirmations (at least 1 for most coins, 3 for Bitcoin). If the blockchain confirms it but your order is still pending after 30 minutes, contact our support team with:

  • Your Order ID
  • Your sending transaction hash (TXID)
  • The amount you sent
I entered the wrong destination wallet address.

If you notice this before sending your funds, close the order β€” it will expire in 30 minutes β€” and create a new order with the correct address.

If you have already sent your funds, contact us immediately. In some cases we may be able to intervene before the swap completes, but this is not guaranteed. Always double-check your destination address before confirming.
